Your personal data (name, address, telephone and fax number, email address, included your credit credit card details) which you fill in to the online reservation (or in to guest account) form yourself is used by Hotelrunners B.V. only to process your reservation request and to confirm your reservation. We facilitate the making of confirmed reservations. Your personal details which are required for the reservation are disclosed only to the relevant hotel with which your reservation is made. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or we are required by law to do so or to protect the safty, the rights and property of the community, of our users and of Hotelrunners B.V.
 
Your reservation is made via a secure firewall protected server and all sensitive information exchanged between your computer and our website is encrypted using SSL to ensure that your communications are transmitted securely and protected from third parties. Your browser will display the establishment of the secure connection (with corresponding icon and with https:// in the URL). Our website identification and encrypted connection to the server certificate is provided by USERTrust.
 
Hotelrunners does not charge your credit card. Your credit card details are only required to guarantee your reservation with the hotel. Your credit card information will be sent directly (when the reservation was made) to the relevant accommodation for preauthorization (to chek if your credit card is valid and you have the credit available on it to pay for the cost of the first night) to guarantee your reservation. Hotelrunners B.V. does not keep your credit card details (they are immediately deleted from our system when the reservation was made).  
 
The hotel can carry out preauthorization check on the credit card. The preauthorization guarantees the accommodation that the cardholder has the available credit to pay for the first night of the reservation. While the preauthorization is not a charge made to the account, as long as it is in place, it factors into the calculation of the credit available on that account (the amount is not available until the preauthorization is removed). Depending on the bank or institution that issued the credit card, it can take up to 14 days for the preauthorization amount to be removed. In case of no show without cancellation the cost of the first night of your reservation will be charged on your credit card. This preauthorization process is necessary to protect the hotel from fraud and loss in case if you do not have the credit available on your card to pay for the cost of the first night.
 
The full payment of the total cost of your reservation has to be made upon arrival at the hotel. All financial issues are directly between the hotel and the guest. Our services are free of charge for the users.
 
Your using of www.hotelrunners.com website is monitored and your computer's IP address is logged. Hotelrunners.eu may use cookies which are small files stored on the hard disk of your computer and help us to analyse web traffic. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
